Delivery​

We work with logistics companies for all deliveries within Singapore. Delivery is free for all orders above S$70.00. For orders below S$70.00, there will be a delivery fee of S$8.


With door-to-door delivery service, your orders will be sent directly to your preferred address. Should the delivery attempt be unsuccessful, an SMS will be sent to your mobile phone to reschedule the delivery.
Once your order is sent out, you will also receive an email notification with a tracking number which you can use to check the status of the delivery on our website.

We currently only deliver within Singapore. Should you need overseas delivery, kindly contact us at info@101caffe.sg.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 12pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding gazetted public holidays) will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12pm and on weekends and public holidays will be delivered within 3 working days.

You may use the tracking number sent to your email address to monitor your order’s delivery progress. In the event that your order was not delivered as scheduled, or you have more queries on delivery, kindly contact us at info@101caffe.sg.
